Being a 1st time VRBO user, I asked a question about payment that was never answered. VRBO stated that I would receive check in info about 3 days out. Rental manager stated I wouldn’t receive until 6 hours prior. At 3 hours until check in I had to reach out to them. And at that point, I was sent a link(which didn’t work) to register the guests. Things that could’ve been handled well in advance. Other than the pre check in hassle, everything was excellent. ##### John Q.
