The property manager came by quickly to clean it but we ended up moving over to a different property owned by the same person. That one had a few minor issues as it wasn’t set up for use completely just yet. The manager was very apologetic and did everything to get things set up, but it was still frustrating. The property listed here seemed to match the listing and looked comfortable, even for up to 6 people in a tiny home.Overall, access to Almanor and Lassen was great, grocery store is a block away (the best grocery store in a 100 mile radius), and the property we moved to was clean. There was no grill no hot tub and the backyard was unkept. Internet was horrible and the tv snd internet were off on the the first night which was horrible since we have young kids. Tania was a great property manager and got us some games and a small girlll so that I could cook my food as the stove was tiny and wasn’t hot enough. Every year my sister and I visit the Lassen area to hunt mushrooms. This year did not disappoint. The kitchen is small and does not have an oven but we managed to create some excellent soup and Morel Stroganoff.
