Look no further than this little gem in town close to shopping, restaurants and beautiful Lake Almanor. This unit is brand new Cavco Tiny Home/ Cabin and ready for memories. She comes in at just under 400 SF but has a ton of utility with the loft and high ceilings. Would be perfect for family with kids with the bunk room and a loft for hours of kid size fun. Walk to the feather river, lake almanor, or take a drive over to Lassen Volcanic Park only 30-minute drive. The property manager came by quickly to clean it but we ended up moving over to a different property owned by the same person. That one had a few minor issues as it wasn’t set up for use completely just yet. The manager was very apologetic and did everything to get things set up, but it was still frustrating. The property listed here seemed to match the listing and looked comfortable, even for up to 6 people in a tiny home.Overall, access to Almanor and Lassen was great, grocery store is a block away (the best grocery store in a 100 mile radius), and the property we moved to was clean. We had a great time, sans the initial frustration and move to a different house. ##### Evan C. There was no grill no hot tub and the backyard was unkept. Internet was horrible and the tv snd internet were off on the the first night which was horrible since we have young kids. Tania was a great property manager and got us some games and a small girlll so that I could cook my food as the stove was tiny and wasn’t hot enough. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house but it was very clean and comfortable. Two things could have been better. VaLinda Abernathy was an excellent host who went way above the call of duty. The fishing wasn't very good but that wasn't her fault. Hope to use the cabin again. ##### William F.
