« Dawn's place was perfect for college drop off. It's spacious, sparking clean and close to everything. The beds were comfy and she added lots of little touches to make it feel like home. Dawn was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. »

« Our 2 nights here were nothing short of perfection. We were in town for the weekend while we moved our daughter in to Penn State. Our family is also from a rural area so this property gave us peace and quiet that you can never find at a hotel. The house was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. We were also given cookies and a bottle of milk that may have been the most delicious milk I’ve ever had. We will definitely utilize this listing in the future for our next visit. »

« We found the property to be exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to our fishing destinations. The host provided plenty of coffee and snacks, and the air conditioners in each bedroom were much appreciated given the weather. We had absolutely no issues or complaints and would happily stay again if we return to this part of the country. »

« The location of this property is nice if you are looking to stay a bit away from the bustle downtown. It also has a fantastic outdoor space if you are looking to spend time outside.
