Check in un peu particulier. Sourire en option et risque de ne pas avoir de place dans le restaurant car "non réservé à l avance". Compte tenu du prix de la chambre, du standing de l hotel et de l'ancienneté de l achat (été 2019), on s attend a ce qu'ils réservent un minimum de place dans le restaurant pour les clients de l hotel. Ou à ce qu'ils préviennent. A part ça, très bien!

Check-in was quick. Staff friendly.
Requested a room on the top floor which wasn't arranged but still satisfied with the first floor room we were given. Simple and clean with easy access to the spa. Bathroom very simple and noticed mould along the sealant of tub.
Heated pool was enjoyable.
Plenty of parking on-site (just remember to register car plate on arrival). Warrington town centre within easy reach by car. Pleasant stay at the hotel.
Didn't try the breakfast but it'd be £12 pp if you confirm on the day of arrival, or £15 pp if you decide in the morning.

Appeared to be recently refurbished. Very clean. Staff very friendly and efficient. Good breakfast.

The tv werent working and the corridor smelt

Good size rooms and very clean. We only stayed one night and didn't get chance to use many facilities. We would stay again.
