Very short stay as we were flying out the next day. Pity there were discrepancies re breakfast which the site said was £19.50 but signage in hotel was £7.00 less per person. Check in on everything I received said 15:00 but in hotel it is 14:00.

clean, comfortable and very accommodating!
Visiting family last minute for a death so had to find a hotel urgently a day before. Hotel was clean, comfortable and very accommodating. I requested a cot in the superior room and was very impressed with the size of the room and cot already positioned near the bed. Excellent service throughout and breakfast option was full continental and perfect! overall a very pleasent stay with my family - will book again with no hesitation next time i am in manchester!

I would recommend this hotel it was great and the food good as well. My only issue as an electric car driver is that the charger is very slow. With only 2 charging points cars are plugged all night so no one else can use them 👎

Convenient location, but not that quiet
Pros: - room and bed very comfortable. Large bathroom. - great food at restaurant - decent amount of parking Cons: - we stayed on a Friday night before an early morning flight. There was a very loud dance that went on to past midnight directly below my room. We wouldn't have stayed here if we thought there would be this kind of noise. - the check in manager made our experience needlessly stressful. Could learn to speak more softly and listen to clients instead of just shout orders. We eventually got everything done (had a group of 8) but not without unnecessary stress

Not able to sleep due to noise. Very disappointed
We arrived at 3.30 am after our flight so had been up 22 hours. There was no one at reception so after a few minutes I shouted hello and a man came and gave us our key. We had 4 suitcases and after using the lift found we had a 5 stairs to go down to the room. We quickly got sorted and jumped in bed but lay there with a loud creaking noise. At first I thought it was mice scratching in the skirting boards. The sound was loud and persistant. We realised it was the creaking of floor boards. We couldnt hear the people talking in the room but every movement they made was making the boards which ran across the landing into our room creak very loudly. After 15 minutes of trying to get to sleep with the persistent noise I went to reception. The man there said they were fully booked so he couldnt move us. I said I really couldnt sleep with the noise. He basically said its an airport hotel with people coming and going all the time and to expect noise. Well I do expect the odd person walking past or plane overhead but not the persistant creaking of floor boards from the room opposite. The part of the hotel we were in was old and I definitely would not recommend staying in a comfort room. I would have spoken to them on leaving but again no one on reception.

Used this as a stop gap as we had an early flight from Manchester airport. Served it's purpose, got some sleep, ate at their restaurant which was perfect and off we went on holiday. No complaints.

I requested not to be placed by elevator prior to arrival and I was placed directly beside the elevator. Elevator noise very loud and unable to sleep. Fire alarm went off late at night and then turned off, but no communication from Desk Mgr until I went down to ask why? Desk Manager appeared overwhelmed and not helpful.
