Ground floor: entrance by a step in the living room with dining area and lounge area. A fitted kitchen, a bathroom with large shower, separate toilet and 3 bedrooms:  
\- Two 90 x 190 beds  
\- One 160 x 200 bed  
\- One 140 x 190 bed  
Outside: 7 hectares of land on the property, private courtyard of 100m², garden furniture, barbecue.  
12 bicycles available, parking on site and car/motorcycle shelter  
Visit of the Château dating from 1610.  
Internet by Orange box, baby equipment with bed, bathtub and high chair.  
Heating + electricity package (80€ / week) from October to April. Do you dream of castle life? This rental is for you! Lovers of old stones, you will be seduced by the harmony of this architecture. Close to Cognac and its sites of visits, you are in the heart of an environment of vineyards and remarkable wooded park. The castle is listed as a Historic Monument. A second gîte is located in another wing of the outbuildings.
