Direct access to the Ellijay River and proximity to local attractions and restaurants make this property ideal for couples with children, multi-generational families, or groups looking for the best of both worlds. Max and relax out back in the hot tub, stroll to the river, or explore the fully stocked game room in this deluxe hideaway. THE SPACE Our hideaway is designed for maximum comfort and convenience. All wood walls, floors, and ceilings offer local country charm, while spa-like amenities in each of the bathrooms echo the serenity of the river out back. A fully-stocked modern kitchen with quartz countertops, a coffee bar with Keurig dual coffee pot with a single k-cup and full coffee pot maker come stocked with Folgers pods, filters, sweeteners, and creamers, so you can sneak away for a morning cup on the back deck or fuel up before an evening of games. The cabin is also chock-full of amenities, including high Speed 100 Mbps wifi, A/C units for upstairs and main level and basement areas, a laundry room with a washer and dryer with powder, a four-season hot tub, complimentary firewood for the firepit, and an infinity table with hundreds of games like Monopoly, Scrabble, Ticket to Ride, puzzles, drawing, and coloring apps. The kitchen was well equipped except only 4 wine glasses so needing more.The rooms were great for all of us and the kids loved the bunk room and game room. We liked the large kitchen table for eating and game playing!The location and roads to and from to Elijay and BR were good about 20 minutes to most places but easy drive.The host was super responsive and helpful to all questions.Negatives ; QR code instructions for the cabin were brief and not adequate.The lighting was a little hard to figure out, but we managed. The fireplace in living room was nice but may need some maintenance.The large sectional sofa is good for a crowd, but it was low and cushions very loose and not comfortable for longer periods. Could use couple of extra chairs. The tv's were positioned very high and was difficult to view comfortably,if they were positioned down further it would have been much better.Overall a great cabin and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!Thanks so much for the great response and helpfulness by our host!. ##### Lisa E. The cabin is in a gated community with winding roads with large lots with scenic views. This meant traffic was limited to residents which made it a fantastic place to take walks or runs with or without our dog. The River is in the back and down a steep slope. You can hear the constant babble of the water flow. The various spaces to relax indoor and out were all amazing. The fire pit was cozy and convenient and the hot tub was a win on the cool nights. We enjoyed time in both Elijay and Blue Ridge. Great shops and great restaurants. You can enjoy this cabin if you want to do nothing and never leave or if you want to use it as home base and go excursions. We needed a recharge and spent most time relaxing. Last two things to note are the host was amazing with communication and the beds were all very comfortable. I am saving this one for a possible return. ##### Julie C. The living space was the most important so that we could all be together comfortably to play games and open gifts. The property was beautiful and the parking was great. We had no problem driving to the cabin in smaller cars. The location was perfect and the drive to shopping or restaurants was quick and convenient. ##### vicki h.
