Parking is along the street with stairs leading up to the house at the top of the yard. Park your vehicle and go up 26 steps to this cozy cottage on a hill, it's vintage, and there may be a scuff on a corner, but it’s clean and comfortable - nice location at a great price! With a 60-sec walk to the Star Falls Overlook, 3 mins Town Center Cherokee Village, and 5 mins to Hardy, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located gem. Enjoy the Papoose Park waterfall, also Cherokee Village has 7 lakes and two golf courses, float Spring River, or browse all the shops on Main Street in downtown Hardy! The check in process would have been easier had I had better eyes and found the key the first time.The hosts kept in touch during our travels, letting us know of any simple, fixable issues on their end and making sure we had no issues during our trip. The negative was the very cheap furnishings. The living room light didn’t work, the couch was uncomfortable, there were no instructions for using the television or thermostat.
