The bedroom and bathroom layout is ideal. It is a block from the center of town. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants with ease. There was enough room for all of us, each bedroom had a bathroom which was nice not having to share. Having no TV's we played games and enjoyed each others company. We wanted to visit when town was still decorated for Christmas. Waynesville did not disappoint but house was not decorated for Christmas. House was comfortable for us. Location is absolutely perfect and within walking distance to downtown shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. Only issue we had was not crazy about all the lights and door locks on timers as we had 2 younger children and couldn't close doors without them locking. Kitchen is commercial and not matching any historical charm but usable. Even though it did not have as much Historical charm we were hoping for, it had exactly what we needed.
