« While on a motorcycle road trip, I stayed for one night at the Owl’s Perch on September 28th. It is a charming private wood cabin adjacent to the house of the hosts, Doug and Alice. It is quite a unique and peaceful accommodation in Robbinsville, NC, 30 min from the city accessible through a beautiful winding road while being very close to scenic roads and scenery like the Dragon’s tail road. « Beautifully decorated with hand made quilts. Exceptionally clean. Welcoming space with good storage options for a guest’s traveling items. Comfortable beds. Serene surroundings with woods and flower gardens. Very short drive to John C Campbell craft school. »

« Very nice cabin in a gorgeous location, right on the river as stated. There are a few catch on the fly surf waves right in front of the river view deck so for paddlers, this is an amazing bonus! The place is wonderful. Only thing missing is laundry but thats not a big deal. WiFi works well if needed. Highly reccomend and Id stay again for sure. »
