This is a private house, equipped by modern standards. Furniture is artistic, antique and functional. The view from the rooms is breathtaking.The house is comfortable for family vacation and parties.  
Zornitca is a completely authentic Rhodopi village,extremely opened and loving to guests. Zornitca is situated on the southern slopes of Rodopi mountain, at altitude 1360 m . The village is a natural ,architectural and ethnographic reserve.Hire rodopian songs floating around and sounds of bagpipes seemed spontaneous and reign over the mountains. Village gives guests generosity. They become princes and princesses rich with untold beauty.   
Available to guests is a cozy common living room with fireplace.  
We offer Rodopi gourmet kitchen.  
The perfect choice for a extraordinary stay.Quiet and cosmic beautiful.  
Sun shines here more than 300 days a year.  
  
About 10 km away National Astronomical Observatory in Rozen, the largest in Balkan peninsula.  
  
Sins the begining of december till the end of april the Rodopi mountain is a real snowy paradise - heavy snow, mild climate, many good hiking tracks . The Chalet provides transport to the ski-tracks, ski-equipment and ski or snowboard instructors  
Very good opportunity for winter sports.Ski area Pamporovo-Mechi Chal 6 km away. Ski runs are suitable for beginners, intermediates and professionals. There are slopes for slalom, giant slalom ,free ride, cross-country skiing and mountain bike tracks in the summer.  
  
 The village is a starting point for hikes in the mountains.   
 There are perfect conditions for mountain bike and off-road riding...  
Mountain bike cross country and downhill, zip line.  
From spring to autumn in the region one can find wonderful mushrooms and berries and wild forest fruits. Professional guides will introduce you how to recognize and collect various types mushrooms..  
  
On visitors demand. We can offer transfers, food, mountain tours.  
In the village there is no crime - - There are no thieves !
