Hotel is in great location. Breakfast buffet is excellent and the hotel also has good food options around. The only downside is the super loud music from the rooftop bar above. If you value a quality sleep, book elsewhere. If not, this is a really good hotel.

I usually never review but I was compelled to leave a review about Belstead. Absolute Best Bang for the Buck!! Impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. Though the restrooms can be improved, Overall, Belstead is a good stay.

The location of this property worked great for me. It's centrally located, closer to the embassy. Breakfast was good to. What was disappointing is the level of cleanliness. The bathroom was relatively unclean. My pot was brown, really brown. I have clicked pics for reference. The staff said it's because of running water and they haven't been able to clean/maintain the bathroom. They were not able to change my room because all bathrooms are brown / yellow. Staff was helpful. But there's nothing that could have been done. Don't go by the photos while you pick this hotel!

The property was not at all like showed in the photos. The photo shows a huge building looking like a 5-star hotel. Forget it. Even locating the building was a problem. No one knows about the hotel. No taxi, auto persons have heard about the hotel. The staff was courteous. But helped only when asked for. The room, particularly the floor was not cleaned. We stayed for three days but the room was cleaned when we asked them to clean it again. The drainage in the bathroom was a problem. The shower area filled with water while taking shower. The breakfast was terrible. Everyday almost the same udli, wada, upna, stale cold maida bread & 1-2 items more. No dosa, uttapam, etc. The restaurant was closed for maintenance. No one cared to help for food. They asked us to get the food via zomato or swiggy. The room quality was good.

Room name “elite, city view” gives impression like room would be spacious and would have city view or atleast some kind of outside view. My room was very consusted, small and window was opening towards AC units. No outside view at all. This was a room of like any lodge or prison cell. On complaint, I was told due to wedding bulk booking all rooms are occupied but can change next day which never happened. It dint have iron and I had to call Helpdesk 3 times before I got it. Breakfast on day 1 was closed due to issue with restaurant but was okay next day. There was no business center to access emails or print any document. Printing was at cost of rs 10 per page. I am really disappointed on my choice of this property and not going to recommend it to anyone.

Room was clean. Service was great. Bathroom was clean. However, water in the shower was not hot, it was just lukewarm. Towels were clean but not white.
