Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

#### Bad rooms

1\. Room dirty full of cobwebs 2\. Only a small window to outside world, which is blocked 50% by AC unit. Hence room is dark. 3\. Dark room is breeding lot of musketoes 4\. No hot water. 5\. No elevator. Had to carry heavy baggage up 2 floors.
