Clean, convenient and extremely courteous.
This hotel is in a great location, is clean, comfortable and festive for the Christmas holiday. The only incident we had was when checking in, they were unable to find our reservation. They gave us the room we booked and held a credit card in case they couldn't find our reservation. However, hotels.com immediately took care of it and within 12 hrs the reservation was found. The hotel is super convenient and within walking distance of the Wenshu temple, many delicious restaurants and even a hot pot place. We had breakfast each morning which was always hot and had a great mix of western and Chinese options. Taxi from the airport to the hotel is about 40 min and around 62 rmb and from the hotel to the airport is around the same. The easiest way to get to panda center is via taxi which is around 30-40 rmb and around 45 minutes. The staff even helped us map out how to get to Leshan and wrote down what we needed to say. All in all, besides the check-in glitch, I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, customer service and general ambiance.

Hotels.com needs to improve its service quality
Argument occurred between myself and Hotels.com call center service personnel. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel couldn't find my booking. It took me more than an hour to solve this problem by calling Hotels.com multiple times , but I was angry when one of the call center staff told me that it was my problem. Still waiting for the feedback from Hotels.com for this compliant.

房間整潔,舒適,每天打婦非常好。 電視娛樂,免費電影,旅遊資訊等等非常周到。 餐廳食物水準很高,員工服務態度非常好 大堂及樓層wifi質素高。 其中一點值得改進:雖然住宿樓層需要用房咭才可用電梯到達,但樓梯則沒有限制。另外插入房咭後門鉉燈才亮著,變相令所有人都得知房間是否有人在內,保安的考慮習級略為不足。

初次到成都,因中間來回其他地方,故住了三家酒店,都是相距不遠;這是最好的一家. 硬體和裝飾非常新, 空間感大.
