"Dusty room, listing had a hot tub but it was a spa you had to pay for. They had a play area for the kids which is why we picked the hotel, but the main attraction ( motorized cars” was closed due to “maintenance issues”( i.e. the batteries caught fire) no hand soap so if you wanted to wash your hands at the sink you needed to first go into the shower to grab soap from the dispenser."

" Overall, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The staff appeared indifferent and unwelcoming, lacking the basic courtesy and professionalism expected in hospitality service, which came across as cold and somewhat arrogant. The hotel facilities were very basic. In the bathroom, only hand soap was provided, with no other standard toiletries available, which was inconvenient. In addition, the towels and bath towels did not appear clean or fresh, as they were noticeably off-white, raising concerns about hygiene. Considering the service quality and the condition of the facilities, this hotel did not meet expectations and offered poor value for the price."
