I love the fact that their is no tv so u actually spend time with ur spouse i fell in LOVE with the bathroom 😍 pool was right outside our door & its adults only 😁 this place is definitely a 20 would i stay here again ?? Absolutely

The service and attentiveness of the staff was excellent, the food was all made in house including the bread and jam made from scratch. All the little touches made for such a pleasant and relaxing stay. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed only two nights at Jungle Lodge and wish I had stayed longer. The lodge is a place to relax and unwind without the noise and chaos of family hotels and resorts. Everything is first class and high quality, yet affordable. The jungle setting is remarkable, and the casas are designed to enjoy the jungle ambiance. The birds are amazing: Collared Aracari (toucan), various orioles, woodpeckers, and wintering warblers, to name a few. The eco-friendly casas are very clean, quiet, and comfortable, equipped with large, screened sliding doors and even a screened open ceiling in the bathroom. The breezy openness with or without ceiling fans was so much more comfortable for me than being closed in running air conditioning. I slept wonderfully which, to me, is most important when finding lodging for travel. The shower was amazing, nice and warm with great pressure. The Wi-Fi was fast. The grounds were kept impeccably. The two swimming pools were sparkling clean and refreshing and I had my own plunge pool on my back patio to enjoy. The walkways to the casas were beautifully maintained and well-lit. I should have thought to communicate by WhatsApp. The lodge entrance is labeled “Jungle Lodge” but is hidden behind a security gate that says entrance prohibited in Spanish. Google Maps gets you right to the gate, but you have to pull up and ring the bell. No need to drive around looking for another way in like I did. Silly me. I will return to stay longer.

This is truly an introverts paradise. For anyone looking for a small, exquisite and intimate resort to unwind and relax, look no further! You will not be disappointed! This serene, secluded resort nestled in the jungle with your own private villas is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The staff is extraordinary and go out of their way to accommodate your needs to ensure your stay is a memorable experience. The restaurant on site is fantastic as well. The property manager is outstanding! For those who are looking for a lively property with lots of entertainment and music and partying, this is not for you and I suggest look elsewhere as this resort as this is not the type of vibe you will find here. We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

This is a very new property, clean, well landscaped and maintained and the units are not too close together providing privacy. There is still work to be done - for example the units are wired for TV but are not installed; the patio is raised off the ground but not fenced. Our unit had a mini-fridge and coffee maker but no microwave. Blackout curtains are installed in the living and bedroom, which keeps the room dark even after dawn. The bathroom is large but the addition of a few hooks to hang clothes such as wet bathing suits would be a good idea. The staff are attentive, and the bar / pool / dining area is kept very clean. The menu is comprehensive, and meals are good and well prepared. I can't say enough about the managers Edson and Antonio who are always there to provide any assistance or recommendations required. There is construction nearby related to the Quintana Roo train line that is currently being built. The last 600 meters to Jungle Lodge is a poorly maintained single lane dirt road with large potholes navigable by any vehicle but slow. Tulum is an easy 15 minute drive where you can find a large Walmart style store (Chedraui) as well as many good restaurants and attractions. Overall, we spent several pleasant days at Jungle Lodge Boutique and felt we got good value for money.

This hotel is very intimate. Not huge but not tight and small either. Super quiet and peaceful and the staff members are nothing short of amazing. It is a little difficult to find if you arrive in the night time and the roads that lead there are unfinished… but once you get there it’s amazing. Make sure you have bug spray because the mosquitoes in Tulum act like they haven’t eaten in years. I would say that the car services from the hotel are expensive however car services in Tulum period are expensive. My favorite thing about this hotel was the pool. It was just me and my fiancée and we had our own alcohol and we were provided an ice bucket to keep it cool. The food was also good! I have no complaints and we plan on returning when we decide to come back to Tulum
