"We arrived just before one side of the resort “closed” but we were put into the side that was closing. It was clean, quiet, and beautiful. We saw lots of monkeys, iguanas, agoutis and coatis. The pools were excellent. The beach was so relaxing and we bought snorkeling gear to be able to use to watch the fish. Diana in reception was fantastic and got us into several restaurants without reservations. Jose at the buffet was our server for almost all meals there. He was so great and helpful! We never had any issues getting chairs at the beach or the pools. It was an absolutely wonderful vacation and we would go again!"
