Two bedrooms with cozy double beds and an additional sofa bed ensure flexibility and comfort. The open-plan living and kitchen area creates an inviting atmosphere, while the spacious dining area with large table is ideal for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Oven, cooking utensils, plenty of crockery and cutlery as well as an espresso machine and tea provide that little bit extra. A highlight of the apartment is the small balcony, which invites you to relax. Free Wi-Fi and TV are available for entertainment and productive work. Towels, shower gel, iron and a hairdryer are also part of the all-round carefree package. Die Terrasse mit dem Baum davor ist der Hammer.Ein paar kleine Schönheitsfehler, die sich leicht beheben liessen:Schöne ruhige Terrasse zum Hof raus. Leider keine Möbel für draußen. Man kann sich mit den Wohnzimmermöbeln behelfen.Insgesamt wirklich sehr sauber, allerdings ein paar Krümel und Haare auf dem Wohnzimmerboden.Küchenausstattung super und reichhaltig, habe mich über vorhandenes gutes Öl und Gewürze gefreut und kochen war gut möglich. Kleines Manko - kein Tuch zum Geschirrabtrocknen. Ok, weil Geschirrspüler vorhanden, aber um zwischendurch mal ein Schneidebrett und eine Schüssel zu trocknen, die man wiederverwenden will, wär das praktisch.Schönes, helles Bad - allerdings kein Haken neben dem Waschbecken fürs Handtuch. Kein Duschvorhang, also entweder man duscht im Sitzen oder wischt das Bad danach.Die E-Mail mit den Angaben zum Check-In war vollständig und unkompliziert - mit dem Fehler, daß die passende Schlüsselbox die obere von den beiden ist, \_nicht\_ die untere. ##### Sabine W. Séjour de 4 nuits en septembre 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Susanne B. 7 sept. 2025 Points forts : Propreté Wir waren 2 Nächte im Rahmen der "Kulturhauptstadt 2025" in Chemnitz.Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Wohnung, da sie groß und sehr schön eingerichtet ist. Außerdem hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick über Chemnitz. Unser Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus parken.Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Straße und liegt nur 2min Fußweg zur Haltestelle der Ringbuslinie. Aber auch zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt sehr gut erreichbar.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und im Bad gibt es ausreichend Handtücher für jede Person. Da es im Bad "nur" eine Badewanne gibt, hätten wir uns einen Duschvorgang gewünscht. Aber wir haben uns damit arrangiert, für uns auch kein Grund einen Stern deswegen abzuziehen.Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung wahnsinnig warm. Wir dachten die Heizung wäre an, was nicht der Fall war. Aber über die großzügigen Fenster konnten wir schnell durchlüften. Wenn unser Aufenthalt in einer Zeit mit hochsommerlichen Temperaturen gewesen wäre, hätte das natürlich anders ausgesehen.Auf dem Balkon hätten wir uns eine Sitzgelegenheit gewünscht. Vielleicht kann man ja da noch mit einem kleinen Tischchen und Klappstühlen nachbessern.Alles in Allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.Susanne ##### Susanne B.
