The stylish open plan living area is flooded in natural light from the tri-fold doors, and overlooks the courtyard garden which is a lovely spot for al fresco dining. This pet friendly cottage has off street parking for two cars and is less than a five minute drive from the Cotswold honeypot of Bourton-on-the-Water, home to a number of pubs, tearooms and tourist attractions. Accommodation This one bedroom holiday cottage in Little Rissington is perfect for a romantic break, or for a group of friends looking for a weekend escape in the Cotswolds. The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground Floor Sitting/dining room/kitchen (Sleeps +2) Flagstone flooring, tri-fold doors, double sofa bed (available on request), armchair, wall-mounted Smart TV, DAB radio with Bluetooth connection, dining table with seating for four, electric oven, induction hob, fridge, mini freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cafetière, kettle, toaster and breakfast bar with two stools Communal boot room Shared with the property owners, and accessible from both the living room and courtyard, this area can be used to store boots and coats First Floor Stairs lead up from the open plan living area directly into the bedroom Bedroom (Sleeps 2) Eaves room, king size bed, small wardrobe, chest of drawers and wall mirror Bathroom Walk-in shower, loo, basin and heated towel rail Outside Gravel courtyard and paved patio with charcoal BBQ and outdoor table seating four Please note that the owners of Robins Roost have right of access across the courtyard The Finer Details... Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided (duvet and pillows are hypoallergenic) Allocated off street parking is available for 2 cars in tandem in a small car park adjacent to the property Travel cots and highchairs are not provided, so guests will need to bring these with them 1 small dog (no larger than a Cocker Spaniel) is welcome for an additional £40 per booking. The cottage is very well decorated and was very clean. There unfortunately was one issue with our stay— there had been a wifi outage that impacted the property. We had been informed about it in advance but Stay Cotswolds had no other properties that could accommodate us on such short notice. I didn’t want to cancel the trip because we already had rented a car, so I said we could go ahead but I had to be the one to ask for compensation, which the host agreed to (it would have been better service to offer compensation without me asking for it). There was no cell service in the house itself so we had to go outside to get any service. No one gave us an indication that this might be the case, so it was an unfortunate surprise. Obviously, this won’t be the case for other people staying, but I thought it could have been handled better if the host had been more proactive. ##### Mary S. Séjour de 2 nuits en septembre 2022
