Located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Cheltenham and the edge of the Cotswolds, this home gets the best of both worlds. Newly refurbished, it features a stylish kitchen diner and a chic living room with dining space and smart TV, both opening onto the garden. Upstairs offers 2 doubles, a bunk room and a single. The master has an ensuite, plus a sleek family bathroom. Perfect for families or groups, with private parking for 2 cars and easy access to Cheltenham’s charm and the Cotswolds’ countryside.  
  
The Space:  
This modern 4-bedroom holiday home offers the perfect balance of countryside charm and town convenience. Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Cheltenham, right on the border of the Cotswolds, it provides easy access to picturesque walks from the doorstep while still being only minutes from Cheltenham’s vibrant town centre. The racecourse is just a 5-minute drive, making this an ideal base.  
  
Inside, the property has been newly refurbished throughout. The ground floor features a kitchen diner, fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you could need, including a coffee machine. Adjacent is a stylish living room with an additional formal dining area and a smart TV, creating the perfect space to gather together. Both rooms open out through patio doors to the garden, flooding the home with natural light. A downstairs WC adds extra convenience.  
  
Upstairs, the home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests across four bedrooms: two doubles, a bunk room, and a single room. The master bedroom benefits from its own ensuite shower room, while the remaining rooms share a modern family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.  
  
Outside, you’ll find a private garden along with parking for 2 cars via the driveway and garage. Cyclists can also make use of the garage. Families are especially well catered for, with a children’s play park located directly opposite, plus family-friendly touches inside such as a high chair and children’s dinnerware.

This home on the outskirts of Cheltenham, set in the charming suburb of Prestbury, offers the perfect balance between countryside tranquillity and easy access to a vibrant town. Prestbury itself is steeped in history, with its picturesque streets, village feel, and welcoming pubs. Within walking distance, you’ll find traditional inns such as The King's Arms, The Plough, and The Royal Oak, each offering hearty food, local ales, and a warm Cotswold welcome.  
  
From the doorstep, you can head straight into the Cotswold countryside, with endless walking trails leading through rolling hills, meadows, and woodlands. The area is also a haven for cyclists and nature lovers, with routes to suit all abilities. A short drive takes you to some of the region’s prettiest villages, including Winchcombe, Stow-on-the-Wold, and Broadway, all brimming with honey-coloured cottages, cosy tea rooms, and boutique shops.  
  
Just a couple of miles away lies Cheltenham town centre, famous for its Regency architecture, stylish shops, cafés, and cultural scene. Depending on the season, you can enjoy world-class events such as the Cheltenham Literature Festival, Jazz Festival, and the renowned Cheltenham Races - the course is only 5 minutes drive. Getting Around:  
The house is located on the outskirts of Cheltenham, just a short drive or bus away from the centre. Cheltenham Spa train station is around 15 minutes in a taxi. There are also regular buses that run around the town, as well as further afield, which are all easy to pick up and navigate.  
  
If you do decide to travel by car, you'll find one space in the garage and one on the driveway. Free parking is also available on the street outside the house. Cyclists are also welcome to use the garage for storing bikes.
