Just a short and scenic stroll from the heart of the village, the property is ideally located to enjoy the many delights of the local area. These include cosy tearooms, traditional country pubs and family-friendly attractions such as Birdland, the Model Village, the Dragonfly Maze and the Cotswold Motoring and Toy Museum. Arranged across a single level and framed by gentle countryside views, this light and spacious home offers comfort, privacy and practicality in equal measure. It features three generously sized bedrooms, comprising two king rooms and one twin, an open plan living and dining area with a classic Cotswold wood burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen, and a separate study for reading, relaxing or working quietly. The kitchen is ideal for sociable gatherings, with a central island, bar stools and a breakfast table. French doors open directly onto a sunny terrace that leads to a beautifully maintained private garden. This is a perfect spot for morning coffee, long lunches or evening drinks.
