En oplevelse uden lige, som bare var en ekstra bonus. Værelset var en hel lejlighed restaureret perfekt i gammel stil. "It is a nice place to stay for the Lourdes visit. Room is clean, comfortable and the bathroom is clean. Soap and shampoo provided, rest bring with you. I did not have the breakfast there. Too many options on the way to the sanctuary. 15 minute walk to the Lourdes sanctuary. I went back and forth couple of times a day. Lots of Indian restaurants on the way. One of them was Amma, pretty good and reasonable. The hotel was 5 minutes walk from the train station."

"We stayed for one night at Hôtel Henri IV while travelling through France. We booked due to the hotel’s high Hotels.com score, although on this occasion we struggled to understand why the rating was so high, as the property is clearly showing signs of wear and tear and needs updating. We booked two standard double rooms, numbers 30 and 33. Facilities were inconsistent between the rooms despite them being a similar size. Room 30 had basic tea and coffee facilities, although no milk, while room 33 had none at all. The receptionist kindly offered us a coffee when we queried this, which was appreciated. Bathrooms and bedding were generally clean, although room 33 had marks on the sheets when we arrived, which were changed immediately by staff. The team throughout our stay were polite and helpful. Parking was convenient, with free street parking outside during our stay, plus nearby paid parking options if needed. Overall, the hotel was acceptable for a one-night stopover, but personally I feel there are better options nearby for a similar price unless refurbishment work is carried out."

"The room was kept extremely clean. We did not have breakfast, it seemed too expensive. We did not ski, as we were there to visit the Sanctuary only. The staff didnt really see any only when we checked in and out. The lift was only for 2 people. There was No fridge, difficult to store food and drink. No milk for making tea or coffee. Nice garden and pool for summer use. "

"The bed was really comfy with lovely crisp white bedding and I had lovely views of the snow capped Pyrenees at the rear of the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and willingly assisted with any reasonable requests. The breakfast was excellent quality and well presented. Thanks for looking after me "

"The bed sheet smells other people’s perfume, gave me a different room, but see hairs on the bed sheet, owner said it’s ok, then at night taking shower, drains clogged couldn’t finish shower, but have to wait until next day, this hotel is 3star but it’s not maybe 1star level, talked owner a manager(owner of son), seems to they don’t care, please check bed sheet right after check in.The family business, seems service is very limited.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel."
