This unit is directly waterfront and about 100' back from Lake Chelan. Unit is a bit dated but that isn't a problem as everything we needed was there, except for marginal internet. We would go back again to this or other units. While I have been an VRBO customer many years, on this unit they just turned us over to Vacasa and then forgot about us. Nowhere did it mention that all the pools and other amenities would be closed during my stay. I understand the circumstances but I made the effort twice to make contact with Vacasa the so called property management company to verify if the swimming areas would be open and no one ever got back to me. Assuming no news is good news I booked the trip for my family and I. We drove 5 hours from home to be told that we could not use any of the pools. I spent the entire first day of my vacation trying to contact Vacasa via phone text and email and no one ever responded. This was truly the worst customer service and experience I have had. We were traveling with two small kids and our whole idea was to relax and have a family time together. There was a bed in the main bedroom which was good for two adults but the pull out sofa bed in the living room was in a terrible condition. It was almost in a fall apart condition. We could not get a goodnight sleep for the entire two days that we were there. It was impossible for kids to sleep in the put out sofa bed and we ended up hurting our back the two nights.
