Staff that was willing and eager to help you find your way around Salzburg and the transportation. Great location next to a lot of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Safe area. Hotel was very pretty! "This is more of a guesthouse inn, Austrian style. Room was very spacios and super clean. Linen smelled amazing. Room had a balcony which was great. Parking outside of the inn. Short drive to centre of Salzburg. We also tried the restaurant and service was great. Breakfast had the best spread out of three hotels we tried on this trip. I would recommend it for good value for money, plus parking and breakfast. Would stay again"

"Excellent and friendly service at the front desk upon arriving. Extremely well appointed room (loved the motion nightlights by the bathroom) and very comfortable bed. Lots of natural light with all the windows in the room. It was also very nice to have the restaurant within the hotel too! Wish I had known more about the history of the StieglBräu location and restaurant from 1912!"

"A great location to be close to a lot of sites. A very nice, clean, room that was a good value. The staff were consistent and friendly. The hotel is also close to businesses including a grocery store. Not as much onsite service, e.g., check-in is entirely self-check, but I was ok with that given the location and quality of the room."

Il faut donc communiquer avec l’hôtel par téléphone ou par message texte et ils ne répondent pas très rapidement. Pour le reste, ce fut un beau séjour."
