Despite the fact that even if we purchase our ticket at the same time originally me and my wife were not seated together but the staff at the boardind gate arrange it at our satisfaction. But there was no screen on board and the internet was an extra fee. Very old plane with very little space between each row. The drinks were not cold (even the beer) But the service was good.

We were delayed taking off from Toronto, but what I liked is the staff kept us informed as to why the delay was occurring. When you know the reason for the delay, irritation level drops.

We left Puerto Plata for Toronto. Not much food available for a Gluten Free person. There was only one item onboard to order that is gluten free...lentil chips and humus. They were sold out. At least the staff gave me a couple of extra bags of corn chips.
