Your decision to charge for baggage is creating difficulty for your on plane staff and passengers who end up not having the space to store their carry on luggage. Your flight attendants end up trying to fit the 'unfittable' into overhead bins. I routinely see passengers bring too large 'carry ons' as well as additional backpacks, large totes, and stuff them into overhead bins. This results in passengers seated in the last area to board, typically near the front, having to place their things at their feet as the luggage from the rear outpaces the capacity available above the seats. That's just unacceptable on long flights! By all means, charge the money for bags, BUT enforce the size and number of bags rule.
