Room and hotel overall was very clean. Amenities were great, including breakfast in the morning. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, even extending our stay in our already assigned room when weather ruined our plans to leave Madrid. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants, subway stops, etc.

Everything was amazing. Except we were given a bathroom that was meant for people with disabilities so it was very uncomfortable and the hotel was sold out. As I told the staff, there are no pictures on the reservation suggesting we might get a disabilities bathroom or else I would have specified I needed a normal one. I traveled with a baby and it was extremely uncomfortable. As it is not a cheap stay, the hotel is supposed to tell you you might get that room, or leave it open for disabled people and only count on 4 single rooms for guests not 5. Other than that everything was amazing.

Hemos estado dos familias con niños pequeños y un perrito y no le falta de nada a la casa , la propietaria un encanto y súper atenta, la casa muy limpia y las camas Perfectas.... la verdad que hemos pasado una Semana Santa de lujo ... barbacoa, juegos con los peques, aire libre o ?? ????... descanso ...
