The pool area was very dirty, the shower was out of order. The hot tub was not heated and the staff stated it would not be heated during our stay. It was pretty gross. We probably won’t return to this property.

Was not worth the price. We paid almost $400 per night. Plus we had to pay an extra $10 per night to park in their parking lot ( which is attached to their building and no where else to park, so you are forced to pay it). The lock did not work on the balcony door or the bedroom. There was a hole in the door of the bedroom. The coffee pot leaked on the counter as it was brewing. The breakfast was ok, but the eggs were like chewing rubber (boiled and scrambled). Definitely was not worth the price. Was only worth maybe half of what they charged.

staff was courteous and professional. The indoor pool was nice as was the breakfast. only issue was that the dog boxes outside seemed to need more attention. Secondly we wished there were more restaurants in walking distance since you have to pay to park pretty well everywhere in Chattanooga.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. After driving 12 hours and arriving close to 11 pm, everyone was exhausted and ready to sleep. As we went to fall into bed, I noticed hair all over the sheets which had not been changed. Additionally, there was makeup on my pillowcase. GROSS. I went to use the restroom and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned and there was hair wiped on the shower wall still. I could not believe that Expedia had this place rated with four stars. My kids room was not much better. The AC did not work and the carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. My advice is for everyone to avoid this place. I wish I had demanded a refund and kept driving through the night instead.

I had had a really good experience with this hotel in Indiana and that was the main reason we chose it again as a family in Chattanooga. The property at first glance is very nice, the pool and gym were very nice as well. We liked the room as well but we were disappointed that there was hair in the bathtub and there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash, however, the problems were corrected almost immediately by the nice staff. This inconvenience could’ve been prevented.

One bathroom towel for a room for four. Room doesn’t look like it’s been updated since the 90’s. Room smelled terrible. Mold growing in the cracked paint at the top of the shower. Will never go back.

We checked in and the AC wasn’t working. Someone came to look at it, pressed a couple buttons, then said there was nothing they could do. There were no other rooms. We ended up having to go buy fans. Overall, property was not well maintained. Beds were very uncomfortable.

The 1970’s called. They want their furniture back. The room furniture was dated, disgusting and worn out. The mattress was awful. The AC was a VERY loud pulsing grinding noise. The food at breakfast and the happy hour was sub par and very limited. The fridge left puddles of water on the floor. Elevators (all 2 of them) are small and slow. The hallways smelled strange. The fridge was cold, the AC did keep the room cool and the TV’s were fine.

The room was better than expected, with a small kitchen, complete with dishes, pots and pans, and a nice living area. Bedroom was clean and comfy. Neighbors were loud all night. Pool was chilly but nice and hot tub was perfect. Breakfast was amazing and well stocked even with a crowd. Parking was super easy and the staff at the front desk were amazing.

We would definitely stay here again, it was clean, breakfast was good. Hot tub was a little hot for me to sit in for more than 20 minutes, but it felt great! There's lots to do close by. The coffee ran out a couple of times, it was refilled but took a little while. The sign in our bathroom said we'd get light housekeeping but we did not, I had to get towels from the front desk. There was a $9 per day charge for parking that we were not told until I specifically asked, not a big deal, but would've been nice to know.

This place was repulsive. We checked out immediately, did not stay. They were out of hand soap in the room and when asked for more, they were out at the entire facility. No extra blankets for the pull out couch, which was broken so I guess it didn’t matter. The hallway to the room was vile. Smelled of BO and other inexplainable smells that made me want to vomit. You are not saving money by staying here. You are gaining hepatitis.

The hallways smelled very bad of old smoke and pets. Very outdated rooms and bathrooms. Suites were very small and not much room to move around or put luggage with 2 adults and 3 kids in a suite. Room had 1 bath towel. No towels in pool area. Difficult to get ahold of anyone at front desk by phone or in person, no one was ever there.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the facility has fallen into disrepair. The hot tub does not seem to function, around the pool tiles are falling off the wall, there were clumps of not-my-hair in the corner of the restroom. Every part of the facility feels run down and sad, like a single Parent with 4 young kids.

BEWRE DON'T LET PICTURES OF STAYBRIDGE HOTEL FOOL YOU! This place is horrendous. The place reeks like the NYC subway station. Floors are disgusting looks like they haven't been vacuumed in years. The rooms are extremely horrific sofas looks like they pick the up from the sidewalk, lights wouldn't work and the shower wouldn't drain. Also the place is not secured parking lock gates was open 24hrs all the doors in the property were unlocked. This place is a dump and it reminds me of hotels on 42nd in nyc back in the 70 and 80's.

We were just passing through the city for the first time and needed a spot to stay overnight. We weren’t sure what to expect but it had good reviews. We thought it was a quaint hotel and for the price it wasn’t bad at all. The dining options around were varied and plentiful. The fitness center was very small and basic but I appreciated the selection of free weights. The free breakfast was outstanding and probably the BEST hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. The water in the shower had great pressure and was plenty hot. Most hotels give you a small little bar of generic soap to was your hands, but this one provided soap and lotion in a chrome dispenser mounted on the wall next to the sink, as well as soap and shampoo in a dispenser in the shower. Overall, I would stay here again if in the area.

We reserved a standard 2 double bed room and when we arrived we were given a 2 double bed room with a kitchenette and living room, which was a nice surprise. We did not ask to be upgraded, so I guess we just got lucky! However, the booking was advertised as "onsite parking" so I thought it was free onsite parking. At checkout I was given a receipt for parking. Not a huge deal, but just be aware that parking is an extra charge.

I did not feel like the photos shown for the property are up to date. The hotel definitely needs updating. It smelled very musty. The bed was very hard. Excellent water pressure and I was allowed to check in early. Otherwise, I would not recommend staying here. I was so anxious the entire time.

The property was older and needed some maintenance. Rooms need some updates to tubs and sinks, wall repairs where settling has occurred. Breakfast was good. Much more complete than others.

This was probably the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. The staff was polite but concise and uninformative. We had to go back to the desk twice to get the correct parking information. We went down another time to ask for clean sheets. Every carpet and surface seemed dirty or dingy. It smelled like old smoke and musty clothes. We had dirt and hair in our beds. The ceiling of our room looked like it was partially patched. The curtains wouldn’t close all the way to block out the super bright street light, the elevators were tiny. The tub dripped all night. The breakfast was ok, but after everything else we were not confident we wouldn’t get food poisoning. I don’t know if this is a fluke or what you should expect from this brand, but we won’t be coming back.
