CHECK IN: Check in time is anytime after 3pm. I will send you a door code a few days prior to your arrival. PARKING: The driveway can accommodate up to three cars. Only guests who are on the original booking should stay overnight. This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke please do so outside and away from the house. Any evidence of smoking of any substance inside the home will result in an immediate $500 fee PLUS the cost of remediation. Pets welcome with a 2 pet max and $80 non refundable fee. CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10am. We will take care of cleaning, however we do ask you do the following: Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start them Place any trash or recycling in the appropriate trash cans outside We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs. NOTE: Any damages to the home will result in additional charges. Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this. Bright sunshiny HOT week, but so much to see and do. The pictures cannot show how comfortable the house is, especially for our dogs who enjoyed the fenced yard and the cool laundry room when it was way too hot for them outside. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The beds were a nice retreat for an afternoon nap to beat the afternoon heatwave.
