Our home is the perfect location for your Chattanooga adventures. Conveniently located in downtown Chattanooga close to restaurants, music, the river and just a couple blocks from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. 1800 sf with open floor plan on first level. Newly remodeled with comfy furniture, wi-fi, cable, and washer/dryer. Large covered porch on main level and private deck space off upstairs bedroom. Upstairs king bedroom has private bath with tub/shower combo. Additional TV in Master. Queen bedroom upstairs has full bath with shower and private deck for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Downstairs bedroom offers two full size beds. Half bath located on first level. Open concept living, dining room and kitchen is perfect for entertaining and visiting after a great day of exploring the city. Well equipped kitchen is perfect for dining in. Den has soaring two story ceiling with gas fireplace to cozy up to. We have a great deck located just off the kitchen. We are located just a couple blocks from UTC and Erlanger hospital. Close to McCallie School. Very close to the Southside, Chattanooga Choo Choo and Finley Stadium. Guests love our location! Will discuss pets that are crated when alone. It accommodated our family and grandkids. We had plenty of room to spread out, play games, have alone time and sleep! The beds were comfy, the closet space was huge. The outside balcony and porch were great. The kitchen had everything we needed - even a crock pot! Internet was great as one of us had to work remotely. It is located in the city so there is road noise, emergency vehicles and people walking by but it was not overwhelming. We were there just after Christmas and there was a Christmas tree, which the grandkids loved. We were there over New Years so fireworks were to be expected. Parking on the street is plentiful and there is one space in the back. Most attractions have to be driven to but you can walk to a few things if desired. The property manager is very responsive - we had a leak situation and she came really quickly to take care of the repair. She was pleasant and agreeable throughout all of our transactions.
