The microwave was not working and had to be plugged in separately due to electrical issues. Another outlet in kitchen was not working and as a result, the dishwasher did not work. Some of the toilets were very slow to flush. The air was not regulated in a few of the bedrooms. Extra blankets in each bedroom would have been helpful. The gas fireplace was not working. On the last night, NYE, the door locks all changed automatically at midnight and the assigned code for the trip would no longer work. On the positive side, Caleb was quick to respond and was very nice even if he was not sure how to correct the issue. The property’s location was beautiful and convenient. Each bedroom had plenty of space and its own bathroom, which offered plenty of privacy. We had our dogs with us, and there was plenty of space to walk them outside. It was a close drive to the TN Aquarium and Incline Railroad. We enjoyed kayaking and jet skiing on the river. Each family was able to spread out with their own bedroom and bathroom with a great family room to come together. We had 12 family in town for a graduation. This house was a rare find, with bathrooms for each room and so much space. The property was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious with allowed my bridal party to spread out and have a bed for each person to sleep in. It is very close to our venue, so traveling back and forth was convenient and easy! The house was very clean & organized, not to mention the incredible view! Also, the keypad entry was very nice to have so we weren't fighting over keys. Overall, great stay! ##### Taylor T.
