Located in the University area where Chattanooga's newest restaurants, craft breweries and retail are opening. Our home has an urban and comfy vibe with large windows for natural light, hardwoods floors and high ceilings. We have been certified by the city of Chattanooga as an approved short term vacation rental. For larger groups we have another property directly across the street. Sleeps 6-7 guests. Check it out! Listing number 957847 We have completely updated this beautiful Chattanooga jewel. Our bedrooms are located upstairs. We have a king bedroom, queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 full sized beds and a "half" bedroom off of it with one twin bed. This room is separated by a curtain for more privacy but does not have a door to separate. One full bath with tub/shower combo is located at end of hallway upstairs making it perfectly private. One full bath is located downstairs, features a shower and is very convenient for your stay. Downstairs den and dining room flow together for entertaining a crowd. Kitchen has all appliances, including microwave. We have washer and steam dryer. For outdoor enjoyment we have a new private deck off the back entrance and large front porch. We have TVs in the den, king bedroom and double bed room. They are smart TVS or have Roku for streaming. You will need to supply your streaming passwords. High speed Wi-Fi are included. The living room and dining room were comfortable for visiting and playing family games. The host communicated clearly about access to the house and parking. The house was a great property. It was very clean and in a good location. We actually rode electric bikes from downtown to the house one afternoon. It was really close to everything. It is in a transition location but we never felt unsafe. Parking was a breeze, great to have laundry accessible in the unit and the rooms were well appointed. ##### Diona K.
