The gas fireplace set in original 1930’s brickwork sets the tone for a cozy space ready for relaxation. The kitchen features everything you need to cook a full meal and is equipped with a huge kitchen island to give you plenty of space to work. Whether you’re cooking or ordering in, enjoy a beautiful dining space with a solid, sustainable, mango wood table. The home includes two separate dedicated workspaces, ultra-high-speed internet, and a surge protector, making this the ideal space for the digital nomad or remote worker. The master bedroom features a king size bed, desk, black out curtains, and access to the roman shower with double shower heads and soaking tub. Bedroom #2 is just through the huge double doors and features a bunk bed with 2 full size beds and its own connected bathroom. The last bedroom, located at the end of the hall is a private space with a queen size bed and black out curtains. For larger groups, pull out the sofa bed for a firm queen size bed that sleeps 2\. The pull-out sofa is also perfect for a movie night! Enjoy some time outdoors on the wide front porch with an idyllic porch swing or light the propane firepit on the back patio to enjoy a relaxing evening. On the back patio you also have access to a propane grill as well as a fenced in yard. Note, There are 2 cameras, one on the front porch facing the front door and recording the front porch and yard and one camera on the back porch recording the back door and back porch. These cameras are actively recording audio and video. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. The Roman shower AMAZING, the tub was inviting, but sadly I didn't take time to use it. The fireplace was my favorite part!Good coffee selection and hot tea. Ashley was a great host and took care of anything we needed. She was accommodating when we asked for an early check in and that was GREAT!! The bed slept great. The layout of the rooms was perfect. Located right by the hospital, so ambulances & fire trucks constant. Example: wipe down the baseboards and inside one of the lamps in the master bedroom. It had some sort of splatter and the baseboards were very dusty and had hairs on them. It also could have used a tad more sweeping throughout the house. One more suggestion would be to put televisions in the bedrooms. We had a very upset little girl because she didn’t have a tv to go to sleep with. Other than that, the house was absolutely gorgeous, comfortable, inviting, and we would 1000000 stay again. The property is gorgeous and has all of the amenities you’ll need to feel at home. Plenty of room in the house to feel cozy while still having space to separate and be comfortable. I have stayed at many VRBO properties in the country and have never had a boat be as thorough or detail-oriented as these. Wonderful experience. You will not regret this booking! ##### Hannah R.
