Conveniently located in the Historic Fort Wood district, one block to UTC campus and less than 2 miles to downtown Chattanooga. You will have access to the entire first floor of our home. There is a separate entrance for the long term tenants living upstairs. We provide free parking in the back of our home, for two vehicles. Minus one dish that still had dried food on it, the place was very clean. This is the first vrbo in a long time where I was able to walk around barefoot and not get gross feet, which is so nice since we don’t wear shoes in our house. I appreciated the ample shelves to put items and stay organized. The kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfy and curtains were true blackout shades, which is excellent traveling with a young child who still naps. Convenient location to tour UTC and access to downtown and other attractions around the city. Parking is shared in back of unit and a bit awkward to find/navigate. The place was pretty clean and cutely decorated. Mildew in shower, some minor disrepair, bathroom door sticks and shower curtain isn’t long enough so water pools easily on floor and when the lights go on I.
