However, as we booked the stay I asked the owner if we could check in prior to 4pm. No response. Asked again a few days later and I heard back that she would let me know. Asked a few days prior to booking date as we were making plans, no response. One last final ask, no response. We didn’t check in early or ever see a response from her. I’m glad getting into the house was clear and easy as I’m not sure she would have responded in a timely manner. I then asked if we could book a second night as plans shifted. No response. The bungalow is decorated perfectly with vintage decor. The hosts had everything we could've needed, including a few snacks, coffee station, extra pillows and blankets, and a binder of info. The location is perfect, just a short walk from bridges leading downtown, and a few miles from fun breweries like Oddstory, Tailgate, and Five Wits. There's a Publix nearby. This historic cottage provided us a clean and handy location to the North Shore area. We loved the decor and interesting story of this well decorated cottage. All the essentials plus top notch coffee, tea and snacks were provided. We just needed to bring our pajamas!
