Luxury feel throughout the apartment. Condo is above Barley Bottleshop and Taproom. The space Master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom with a walk in shower and huge closet. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and living room has a queen sofa bed and a daybed with a trundle. There is a second bathroom with tub/shower combo for the rest of the guest to share. Apartment is on second floor accessed by stairs only. Might not be suitable for Children due to possible bar noise. It is in the City and walking distance to lots of fun places! Definitely for City Fun lovers! Amplified music district \*\*Please note that restaurants and bars located behind the property will possibly cause noise until 11:00pm (if it’s beyond that, please contact me so I can take care of it!) An easy walk to all of UTC, located in front of the State Building, across the AT&T building and the Bessie Smith Cultural Center. Around the corner from the annual weekly Nightfall. Walking distance to all of downtown Chattanooga and close to public transportation. We all agreed that the hosts have done everything possible to make the space feel luxuriously comfy. We didn't love that we were above 2 bars and next door to another one, but given the situation, the hosts did all they could to make us feel safe and soundproofed in our environment.
