The Space:  
Step into elegance and comfort with our spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat, thoughtfully designed to cater to both your everyday needs and special moments. These beautifully appointed units invite you in with a bright, open layout that seamlessly blends living, dining, and culinary spaces—perfect for everything from cozy evenings in to lively gatherings with friends.  
  
Every detail has been curated for modern living: sleek, solid-surface countertops gleam under the soft glow of natural light, while high-end appliances stand ready to inspire gourmet meals or morning coffee rituals. Generous closet space keeps belongings organized and out of sight, ensuring a clean, tranquil atmosphere throughout your stay.  
  
Sun-drenched through expansive windows, the airy ambiance enhances the warm, welcoming feel of the open-plan design. Whether you’re winding down after a day of exploration or entertaining loved ones, this thoughtfully crafted space offers the comfort and sophistication of a home away from home.  
  
Guest Access:  
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Our house is located in the lively East Chattanooga neighborhood, known for its mix of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. This area blends historic charm with modern development, offering a variety of dining, cafes, and shops. Just a short drive from downtown, residents have easy access to cultural attractions like museums, parks, and the Tennessee Riverfront. With convenient access to major highways, this vibrant neighborhood offers both urban convenience and local character, making it an ideal spot for those seeking a dynamic community.  
  
Getting Around:  
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!  
  
Other Things to Note:  
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.  
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.  
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

Very clean, nice rooms as shown. About 15 minutes from downtown or Ruby Falls or Rock City. Great restaurants within walking distance. Only complaint was that it could have used a dining room table. Also the primary shower leaks all over the floor due to poor design. Would stay again despite that.

Check in info did not get sent to me on the day of check in. I did get an answer right away when I called and they sent it right over so we could get into the premises. The air conditioner was not turned on until 10am the following day so our first night they brought fans which blew all the huge dust clumps out from under the beds. I always wipe around my dogs food bowl when she finishes eating and that revealed a floor which certainly wasn’t mopped in some time… the paper towel was black. There were 3 televisions with only one remote operating. The gentleman that came to check the thermostat for the air stated the other remotes needed batteries. In their defense, everyone we came in contact with over the phone and in person was very nice and seemed to be doing everything they knew to do to get things up and running. It would just be nice if there had been some check list the day before we arrived after all we have to pay all fees in advance and would hope a good agency had all taken care of these issues.
