It is right behind the Chattanooga Incline. We are also walking distance from many other famous restaurants and tourist spots. We are minutes from hiking, Rock City, and Ruby Falls. It has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. There is two sleeper sofas. This is a wonderful vacation home for any family or multiple families, weddings, and business trips. The main unit of the house has an upstairs and downstairs unit with a living room on the first floor and bedrooms upstairs. The master has a walkout private patio, Master bathroom, walk in shower and a king bed. Down the hall there is a bedroom with two twin beds. one of them pull out to make an extra bed. (3 mattresses in this room total) Next to this there is another suite with a king bed This room has its own kitchen and bathroom with access to go in and out to the back porch where theres a private patio/ seating area. Two of the bedrooms is separate above the garage for lots of privacy. Has its own bathroom, living room, washer and dryer and kitchen with access to the back porch. This unit has a pull out couch in the living room. A bedroom with a king bed and another bathroom with a queen bed. This house is equipped with towels, a coffee pot and a outdoor grill. Three cons.. 1 the emergency heat was on when we arrived so it was very hot but it cooled off quickly, 2 the microwave in the main kitchen didn’t work however we used the other kitchens microwave and the host offered to drop off a new one, 3 the alarm systems started going off throughout the entire house at 9:30pm because of low battery so wasn’t able to go right to sleep but the hose was absolutely phenomenal in helping resolve the situation. There was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the kitchens clean and well stocked and the bathrooms clean and towels provided. The location is perfect for visiting Chattanooga with good restaurants close by. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. ##### Clare H. I was a little worried since there were no reviews on the property when I booked the house but it turned out to be great. Plenty of spacer for 12 adults from age 16-50\.
