Great value and service
Vey pet friendly and excellent service! A short walk from the cute village of St. Vincent and very close to famous ski areas Cervinia and Pila (Aosta). Staff was very helpful and kind.

A great place!!
Fantastic value for money-All staff very polite, helpful & friendly-Wide choice/quality products for breakfast inc superb home made pastries etc served in a very welcoming environment -Excellent sleep in clean & very comfortable bed-Good water pressure-Great situation with lovely balcony views-Local buses stop outside hotel-Bar prices all very very reasonable-My husband and highly recommend this hotel. Lovely hotel with large comfortable rooms,good service,friendly staff and great buffet style breakfast.Private underground garage also a positive but costs 10 Euros/night.Good stop over location for exploring area.Great scenery - within driving distance for accessing Stelvio (Stifeljoch) pass,highest Alpine road in the mountains if you like an adventure!

Good for one night
Room was way too hot and thermostat did not seem to change the temperature at all. We had a room with a balcony so we opened the door to let cool air in, however that let bugs into the room. Since we were there only one night, we did not ask to change rooms. The breakfast however was really tasty with a great selection.

Good morning, I apologize for the inconvenience, but we were not ready for the anomalous heat wave in the month of October, and having turned off and unleashed the air conditioning system at the first temperature drops, and prepared everything for the winter but remaining with the system turned off. The heat that she felt in the room was brought by the natural heat of the sun and the thermostat was detached because the plant was stationary. Because of these high temperatures even insects proliferate, and we could not even foresee this phenomenon outside the hotel. We apologize again for the problems encountered, happy that the breakfast was to your liking, best regards

Excellent stay- very thoughtful staff
We recently stayed at this hotel for a long weekend skiing in Cervinia. We had a lovely stay. Having stayed in so many places, we found the hotel staff at the Relais du Foyer outstandingly thoughtful- and this is something you just can't get easily in other hotels of whatever grading. e.g. The room did not have TCMF but there is a card saying you can ask for room service tea and coffee with no additional charge- and sure enough we got that- together with a plate of little biscuits to go with our tea. Another example of thoughtfulness was we used the extra blanket in our wardrobe and on the second day, two extra blankets were placed on the bed. Final example was our on our final night- we weren't sure whether to ski for an extra half day- we didn't have our PCs with us- we asked reception if we could check the weather and they provided us with a laptop. Everything we asked for- the immediate answer was yes! For skiers with car-hire, the convenience of parking your car in the underground car park and being able to take the lift straight to your floor without having to go via reception was a real blessing at the end of a long ski day. All in all, we had a lovely stay and we look forward to dropping by next time we decide to take a weekend in Cervinia.
