Renovated cottage 1 mile to beach in Chatham!

Totally renovated bungalow style cottage with a sunny open floor plan, brand new appliances and furnishings on quiet street convenient to everything Chatham!! After the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor shower before relaxing on the sunny patio.
Two bedrooms, one king and two twin beds , 1 full bath . Dining area with room for 6 people. Fenced in backyard area with patio. This house is convenient to shops, restaurants, beaches, public bike paths. Golf courses and tennis courts are all easily accessible. Central heating and air conditioning keeps the cottage comfortable regardless of the weather.

The center of Chatham is a quaint village is less than 2 miles east on Rte 28. It’s streets are lined with many shops, eateries & a Movie Theater. Every Friday evening, in town, there is a band concert you do not want to miss.

There are so many activities to do and see in Chatham. Boating, Fishing, Biking on a dedicated bike trail, Seal Cruises visiting the Commercial Fish Pier, the Coast Guard Station to name a few. There are several beaches near by. The closest are Ridgevale & Hardings Beaches a little over a mile. Daily or Weekly beach stickers for Ridgevale, Hardings, Cockle Cove and/or parking along Bridge St for Lighthouse Beach are available at the kiosk in the beach parking lots. Harwichport is a few miles west. Both favorite spots for a day of shopping or a night out

For bikers it is easy to pick up the Old Colony Rail trail to Harwich where it connects to the Cape Cod rail trail that runs 22 miles from Dennis to Wellfleet.

*Amenities include central air, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils, pots & pans, grill & high end appliances. Linen and towel rental service available by request. Paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning spray, broom, vacuum, dish soap, dish washing pods are provided. Please note there is no washer & dryer, no hairdryer, no beach chairs & no dishtowels for kitchen.

The Cottage is has described on the pictures. very clean, cosy , close to Chatham , and very Quiet . the only issue was the temperature when we arrived . 45F it was so cold ,it took few hours before becoming comfortable . i would recommend ,to increase temperature when guests are planed to come . For cooking , its a bit limited with the overall utensils provided .. , but we managed ... I do recommend this cottage . its really cosy and comfortable ... Thanks

It reminded us so much of the cottage we owned in Chatham for over 40 years . Simple but comfortable with perfect Cape touches in decor. Very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We will return next year!

Just adorable!

The cottage is as cute as can be-sparkling clean with lots of extras in kitchen and such to make anyone's stay easier. Location is a very quiet little neighborhood, but close to most of what Chatham is all about. Though it was too chilly for us to use, the backyard is very cute and adds to the overall quaintness. Would recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay at this cute house just an 8 minute drive from downtown Chatham. Something to note is that you need to order your sheets/towels beforehand. We were unaware of this until check in process.

Adorable Cottage in Convenient Location

This cottage was charming, well decorated, quiet, comfortable, and perfect for a couple of friends traveling together. There is a beach within walking distance (if you really like to walk) and downtown is just a short drive away. Jaclyn was very responsive and easy to work with.

Chatham cottage

The Chatham cottage was a great location, a quiet setting, and very cozy. It was Beautifully decorated with w whites and creams. The kitchen had all the tools necessary to make yourself breakfast, before you start your day. It was only a few minutes drive to the center of Chatham, with many shops and restaurants. Also, a quick drive to all the local beaches, and a 20 minute drive to Nauset Beach in Orleans. The owner Jackie was available for questions via text. When I got home, I realized I left an item at the cottage, and she very nicely offered to mail it back to me, which was very much appreciated. The Central Air unit was the best! A Great location for a family.

Great Cape Vacation

My boys and I stayed at this wonderful Cape Cod home for a week in August. We had such a nice vacation and enjoyed the house so much! It was a perfect place for us and a perfect location. Jackie also was very responsive and helpful! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Cute cottage, great location

This was the perfect size for our family. A mile or so from downtown Chatham and just as close to some cute beaches and attractions. The backyard is fenced in so perfect for kids and the house had everything you need.

Listing accurate on what you need to bring. There was a little of this and that to use. The place was perfect for our needs ...the decor was very pleasing. On a dead end street. Very quiet.Close to beach and anything else you could need or want. Recommend Whale Watch ... As there is no washer or dryer, it would be nice to have had a clothes line.

Great home close to the beach!

The house was perfect for our small family of three. Great location in a nice neighborhood and very close to the beach! The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing this home is missing is a washer and dryer! Would definitely recommend this great home on the Cape!
