Its ideal location enables you to walk to Lighthouse Beach about (1/2 mile) and 1 block from downtown Chatham. Also, Oyster Pond Beach is a convenient 2 minute walk for a day at the beach. The two-story home is comprised of a living room, kitchen with breakfast bar, two bedrooms, sleeping porch with a daybed and a bath plus an outdoor shower. Just around the corner is a large park for all kinds of outdoor activities. Enjoy the many activities that Chatham has to offer: upscale shops and restaurants, Friday night band concerts, fresh fish from the Chatham fish pier, and the popular Cape Cod Baseball League games. Downtown shopping is spectacular!! We stayed here in the winter and the house was warm and cozy. The house is equipped with all a family needs for a restful and enjoyable stay- comfy beds, lots of games, etc. The power flickered during a snow storm (the whole town lost power for 2-3 minutes) and the boiler clicked off. The property manager was at the house in less than 10 minutes! James quickly set things right and we stayed toasty. Located right around the corner from Main Street, we were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and more. It’s in a great location just a five minute walk from town. We didn’t have a car, and we were able to walk everywhere in Chatham. It’s about a mile to the lighthouse, and even less to the fish pier and beach. We heard no noise the whole time we were there (four nights), and we saw only two cars drive by the entire time. The cottage is bigger than it looks from the outside — good size living room, dining room, and kitchen plus a lovely sunroom on the first floor. Upstairs are two decent size bedrooms. The bathroom is downstairs and has a powerful shower and lots of hot water. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want. The decor is typical Chatham (nautical) and full of charm. The furniture is comfortable. We just loved it! ##### Carroll M. Very communicative and easy going … well-organized & clearly takes a lot of pride in ensuring an enjoyable stay for guests. The home is comfy, Cape living … just big enough for family if 4\. This was our family’s third year in this property and it never disappoints. Right in town, close to Oyster Pond and Lighthouse Beach, and the cottage has everything you would need for a week.
