The electric fireplace was great for warming up after a cold walk on the beach. One thing to note if you are bringing dogs is that when you arrive, there is a sign asking you to try not to leave your dog unattended in the house and the info book says not to let your dogs on the furniture. As the title states, we didn't realize that we were not going to be able to visit any beaches or do any harbor tours.The house was lovely, with it's wide plank wood floors. The floral bouquet left for us was lovely and appreciated. There was a notebook that was prepared for the rental, however, we didn't see it until the day we left. On that note I left some Cape Cod brochures and a magazine on the glass coffee table for the next guests. We also loved the area and the few people that we met.The front door granit slab is too high without a handrail.It cauused me to fall and break my thumb. Along with that, there isn't a handrail on the back deck. The back door patio screen is torn from top to bottom. The window in the bathroom was open when we arrived and we realized that the crank is broken and we had to push it shut from the outside. ##### Georgia S.
