Easy and close access to the ponds, bike trails, conservation area and town! Featuring 4,100 sq. ft. of luxury living, you and your guests will enjoy every moment of your time here. Featuring five bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, you will find it difficult to find another home that offers such a perfect set-up. The Main floor of the home features a large great room with the kitchen, dining area and living room. An additional tv area is next to the great room as well as a half bathroom. Down the hall on the main floor are two bedrooms, both with queens beds and private en-suite baths. There are two separate second floor bedrooms, each accessed by their own staircase. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a large en-suite bathroom with a separate soaker tub and shower. The primary bedroom has a private balcony as well overlooking the side patio. The other second floor bedroom features a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The lower level of the home is a large walkout space with two additional seating areas, laundry room, a bedroom with a queen bed which is a private bathroom next door. The outdoor space has a wood burning fire-pit surrounded by chairs, two outdoor dining tables, a gas grill and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the Chatham lifestyle and create a place for you and yours to return year after year. All linens and towels are included. Dogs are considered on a case by case basis. 7 night minimum, Sat. to Sat. during the season. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. It smelled moldy when we arrived and that persisted through the week. Our daughter who slept in the basement had respiratory problems for a couple weeks afterwards. Might have been something else ... but we don't think so. The second issue isn't something that can be easily addressed. Why haven't the owners installed central air? All the air conditioners are collectively annoying ... and the fuses popped multiple times. Shouldn't have been our worry on vacation. The final issue was that the toilet in the entry area malfunctioned early in our stay ... and it took a few days to have a repairperson arrive. Again, shouldn't have been our worry on vacation. The gifts and notes from the owners were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Greatly appreciated! We're all lucky to have these as problems. Peace. ##### florence O. The rooms are large, well-stocked kitchen, large bedrooms. The en-suite bathrooms were a game changer; there are many ways to get privacy, as well as great large gathering places (our favorite, the outdoor table and fire-pit). The location is great, minutes to Chatham. We had a leak issue and the property manager was responsive immediately. Our only 'complaint' is that the grass/gardens were a mess -- the grass was really long (past our ankles), and as a result, we didn't get to use any of the lawn games we brought. The gardens probably look gorgeous when maintained; however there were so many weeds that were really tall and overgrown, it was hard to appreciate, and we think this was one of the reasons we dealt with tons of insects while sitting outside. ##### Craig S. My husband and I rented this spacious Chatham home with our 2 daughters and their 2 friends and our pup. Plenty of room for everyone and so much to do in Chatham and surrounding area. We rented bikes for the week so the teens could go anywhere they wanted and we could just leave the cars at the house. A great bakery/coffee shop is really close. Biked to many beaches and downtown Chatham. The teens did yoga on lighthouse beach, went to the movies and soaked up the sun at Cockle Cove beach. When it rained there were many games and activities in the house to keep them occupied. We had a fire in the pit and made s’mores one night. The older teens took a plane ride from the local airport just minutes away and loved it! The younger teens took a surfing lesson at Nauset Beach that was a huge success. Everyone loved shopping and the tower in Provincetown. We will be returning to 37 Stepping Stones, a great place to stay! ##### Alissa B.
