A wonderful host who offers a relaxing well appointed stay. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The town of Chatham is cute and ended up being our favorite. And a short drive to get to town.

We loved our stay in Chatham. Lloyd was an amazing host with great suggestions for dining and activities. The beautiful grounds and the well appointed suite made for the perfect weekend!

The photos and reviews drew us to this property but actually being there was even better. The property was beautiful, clean, very tastefully decorated and every need carefully and thoughtfully cared for. Many books both regional and others were provided, snacks, toiletries comfy linens and more. Beautiful gardens and a view overlooking an estuary with a variety of birds. A very quiet and serene place to unwind from your busy day. The property is handy to many attractions and shopping including downtown Chatham. There are a number of excellent restaurants nearby. We were there during the hydrangea festival/ season and the gardens are so full of beautiful plants. This was truly one of the best most beautiful places we have ever stayed at and to top it off our host was a most gracious person that we very much enjoyed meeting and speaking with. I wish there were more than five stars, this place deserves more than just five!!

Wedding Weekend

Were at the property to Thursday to Sunday for a wedding and the property was great. Lloyd was a huge help with restaurants and things to see and the place was perfect.

My mom and I absolutely love staying at “Uncle Lloyd’s”. He was so welcoming and kind it felt like staying with family. The property is quiet and serene. I enjoyed sitting on the private patio with a cup of coffee. The flat is appointed with everything you need to be comfortable. We can’t wait to go back up and visit again.

A fine and memorable stay

Our weekend at Lloyd and Jerry’s retreat was one of the most welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable lodging experiences we’ve had in many years of travel. It’s a gentle, gracious, peaceful spot beautifully appointed with every convenience. We’re looking forward to our next opportunity to visit the Cape.

Beautiful Chatham Location

This was a perfect spot for us. Close to beaches and restaurants! The view from our sitting area was amazing. He put personal touches everywhere and had everything you could possibly need! He stocked the entire place with snacks and goodies. We had are own private entrance with parking.

Chatham charmer

I cannot say enough good about this location. It was an elegant apartment (with outstanding artwork). Our host had thought of every detail to make us feel welcome and comfortable and he was available had we needed anything. Morning coffee on the outdoor patio , surrounded by blooming hydrangeas and a pond down below was as good as it gets! This is the best place we have ever stayed!
