A residential and agricultural hamlet nestled in a peri-urban area in the heart of the gentle, rolling Chalonnaise countryside, combining viticulture, agriculture, and nature (partly protected as a ZNIEFF for its rich fauna and flora), nestled among beautiful wild forests (including two vast "state forests" nearby, literally "green lungs" of the area, perfect for relaxing walks or mountain biking), meadows, and vineyard hillsides (the first vineyards are 5 km away). A very comfortable cottage. Warm, contemporary country character, enhanced by some traces of the original building (stone wall and lintel). A cozy, Zen, and very gentle atmosphere. Fully equipped with quality materials. A pleasant little garden with garden furniture, naturally shaded by the trees. Composition: House comprising a permanent dwelling (owners' family) and a cottage (complete independence). Wi-Fi (fiber). Heating: Heat pump + wood pellet stove. Air conditioning.
