On the 1st floor of a secure building with elevator, a spacious 70m² two-bedroom apartment for 4 people. Features include a private entrance with storage cupboard (iron and ironing board available), a living/dining room opening onto a balcony with outdoor furniture for 4 people and an electric awning, an open-plan fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor hood, electric hob, oven, dishwasher), two bedrooms with double beds, a shower room with washing machine, and a separate toilet with washbasin.
