4 apartments of 35 m2, 2003, each sunny with sea view (overlooking the island of aix Fort Boyard), comprising the ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room (1 sofa bed ), bathroom (shower & WC) has the floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140) with one cabinet. On property of about 1000 m2, facing the sea, furnished with tables and a forest barbecue. Secure parking in private ownership and garage for bikes, surfboards ... Checks accepted. Pets not allowed. 2km a commercial area, 200 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach of Chatelaillon and 800 m from the town center.
Chatelaillon-Plage is a beautiful resort, still alive, with many activities offered by the Tourist Office (Sport, tours, workshops ....).
Close to LA ROCHELLE, beautiful city, and the Aquarium.

Super location!
Le logement est très bien situé : en voiture on rejoint la Rochelle en 15 min et la plage de Châtelaillon en 2 min. Les photos sont fidèles. Tout est très fonctionnel et la vue sur mer (sur l'île d'Aix et Fort Boyard au loin) est vraiment charmante. Mme Deguilhem est une personne très agréable et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Sympathique location en retrait de la circulation
Proprietaires très gentils et aux petits soins. Malheureusement, la wifi un peu trop faible ne nous a pas bcp servi. Dommage, on avait choisi la location aussi pour ce critère. Pas de regret cependant, on a passé une excellente semaine.
