### 3-room apartment for 4 people in Châtelaillon-Plage

Bel appartement situé dans une résidence calme et sécurisée proche de la mer. Étant au deuxième étage de la résidence, il se compose d’un beau séjour avec un coin TV et un coin salle à manger, d’un coin cuisine équipée avec four, d’une première chambre avec un lit en 140cm pour deux personnes, une deuxième chambre avec deux lits simples en 90cm, d’une salle de bain et d’un WC indépendant. Son balcon permet de profiter du soleil et de se détendre afin de passer de merveilleuses vacances tout en ayant une petite vue sur la mer. Remise et retour des clés sur La Rochelle.  
  
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Appartement spacieux pour 4 personnes avec accès au parking collectif au pied de la résidence. Plage et centre aquatique à proximité. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).  
  
La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. Concernant les animaux de compagnie, pour les logements qui les acceptent (voir descriptif ou en faire la demande au gestionnaire), un supplément de 39€/animal sera à régler en sus à l'arrivée.
