It is located in the quiet, residential area of Petit-Châtel, the sunniest part of the resort. Its location is ideal for sports enthusiasts: the Barbossine ski lifts are 150 metres away and the village centre is 1,200 metres away. There are a number of local shops nearby, and the free shuttle bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, taking you to the centre of the village and to the Linga slopes. This adorable flat, beautifully decorated in traditional style, can sleep up to 4 people, thanks to its double bedroom, mountain corner with bunk beds, bathroom and surface area of around 39m². The comfortable living room with sofas and armchairs opens onto the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The flat also has a west-facing balcony with lovely views over the valley and surrounding mountains (including Mont de Grange and Mont Chauffé). A living room comprising : Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, small oven, microwave) Dining area, open to the living room, with table for 6 people Living room with sofa bed, armchairs and flat-screen TV Access to a balcony with lovely views over the valley Sleeping arrangements : Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes A mountain area with bunk beds (two single beds) A sofa bed in the lounge Bathroom with shower Separate toilet Other facilities : Private covered parking space Private ski locker EQUIPMENT Dishwasher Ceramic hob Fridge with freezer compartment Small oven Microwave oven Wifi OPTIONS Final cleaning: optional on request at a cost of €100\.
