Located in a quiet residential area of Châteauroux, in the sought-after Saint-Christophe district, this small, detached house offers a peaceful setting while being just a stone's throw from the town center.  
  
From the house, you can easily reach the banks of the Indre River, Balsan Park, or the historic center of Châteauroux on foot or by bike. By car, discover the nature of the Val de Creuse, George Sand's estate in Nohant, or the Brenne trails for those who love walking and biodiversity.  
  
A practical and relaxing base from which to explore the heart of the Indre! On the ground floor, you'll discover a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a cozy dining table, a television, and a wood-burning stove, perfect for cozy evenings. The fully equipped open kitchen will allow you to easily prepare all your meals.  
  
Upstairs, the sleeping area offers a double bed (140 cm) ideal for resting, while the bathroom has a shower (80x80 cm, with a step) and a toilet.  
  
Outdoors, enjoy the 350 m² enclosed grounds, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet. A garage, private parking, barbecue, and garden furniture are available to enhance your stay.  
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed and bathroom linens for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable locally to the hosts).
